Which countries do you ship to?
We try to get your gifts to where you are. Let me know via email (woolifiedbyna@gmail.com) if your country is not available in the list.
What currency are the items in?
All items are in Singapore dollars (SGD).
Is customization available?
Yes! 🙂 Please send your pet photos to me at woolifiedbyna@gmail.com or Instagram @woolifiedbyna to enquire.
How long will it take to get my order?
All items are made to order and will take approximately 2 weeks before they are ready to be dispatched. For local Singapore orders, they are estimated to reach you in 4 to 6 weeks from order date. For other international orders, please expect about 6-8 weeks from order date. Any delay encountered in the destination country is out of our control.
Is parcel tracking available?
Yes, orders are shipped using our local courier SingPost. You may track your order here: https://www.singpost.com/track-items
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment via credit card or paypal. For local Singapore orders, please contact me at woolifiedbyna@gmail.com or dm me at instagram @woolifiedbyna before ordering for paynow option.
What is your return / exchange policy?
Unfortunately, items bought cannot be returned or exchanged. Please kindly check your order before making payment. Do contact me at woolifiedbyna@gmail.com if there are any issues with your shipment.
